Mission Statement
The mission of the Walsh County State’s Attorney’s Office is to do justice – to vigorously prosecute and pursue fairness of criminal cases, as well as juvenile delinquencies, child deprivations, and parental terminations; advocate for victims; represent petitioners in mental health commitments; provide legal services to county offices; and, promote the well-being and safety of the public.
