Communications Specialist/dispatcher

This individual will serve as a communication link with all emergency responders; will monitor and operate a variety of communications equipment; and will assist the public with all emergency communication-related needs. Requires equivalency to completion of twelfth grade and a clear criminal background history. General experience dealing with the public in a service environment is desirable. Starting salary of $3,305 per month with increase after fully trained. Benefits included are health, dental and vision as well as an excellent retirement package. WALSH COUNTY – MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN I (Part Time)
he Walsh County Highway Department will be accepting applications until the position is filled, for a Maintenance Technician I, based out of the Walsh County Courthouse, in Grafton, North Dakota.
The position is under supervision of the Maintenance Technician II whom reports to the Highway Superintendent. Applicant is responsible for performing general labor-type duties, hand and power tool operation, semi-skilled tasks in the general cleaning, maintenance and minor repairs of the Courthouse Campus buildings and grounds. This is a Part-Time Position with up to 20 hours per week. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license.
Walsh County Highway Department employees are subject to random drug and alcohol screens. Successful applicant must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Must pass criminal background check.
