The Walsh County Highway Department will be accepting applications for a Maintenance Tech III, based out of the Walsh County Highway Department Shop 7, in Park River, North Dakota until the position is filled. Full earning potential of $4,202/mo to $5,829/mo ($24.24/hr – $33.63/hr) with an excellent benefit package.
Applicant’s main responsibility will be as a Motor Grader Operator, but is also responsible for performing general labor-type duties, hand and power tool operation, and advanced level truck and equipment operation on various road and bridge projects. Must have the ability to operate tandem truck/pup or semi-tractor/trailer, heavy equipment, tractors, skid steers. Winter months will be in trucks or motor grader for snow removal. Applicant must have a Class A driver’s license (or ability to acquire one) and have background knowledge of the general maintenance of equipment.
